NEWS CENTER - In the commemoration events held on the 37th anniversary of the Halabja Massacre, it was emphasised that the struggle will continue until the massacre is recognised as a crime against humanity.
The 37th anniversary of the massacre committed by Saddam Hussein on 16 March 1988 with chemical weapons against Halabja, where Kurds lived, was protested in many cities. In the commemorations held in Wan (Van), Adana, Hatay, Mûş (Muş), Colemêrg (Hakkari), Şirnex (Şırnak), Mêrdîn (Mardin), Antalya, Riha (Urfa), Meletî (Malatya), the participants said that they will not forget the massacre and will not let it be forgotten and emphasised that they will struggle until the massacre is recognised as a crime against humanity.
