Dêrsim Provincial General Assembly members convened today. Governer Bülent Tekbıyıkoğlu, who is appointedas trustee to Dêrsim Municipality, also attended the meeting. Murtaza Köse from Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) and İnan Yılmaz from Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP) reacted against the trustee and left the meeting hall.

 

Köse and Yılmaz made a short speech before trustee Tekbıyıkoğlu's speech, saying that they are against the trustees and that the trustee system is a "coup".

 

Xozat Provincial General Assembly member İnan Yılmaz said: "There is a trustee appointed to an elected will. As members of the Provincial General Assembly, we reacted to the situation in this way. This darkness, these usurpations will end."
