Prosecutor's Office report on Narin Güran's autopsy

AMED - The prosecutor's office report on the autopsy of Narin Güran, whose body was found 19 days after her disappearance, stated that: “there was no evidence of a penetrating tool or firearm injury or internal bleeding”. 

8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing in Amed (Diyarbakır) on August 21 and was found murdered 19 days later, was buried today in the village where the incident took place. The prosecutor's office report on Güran's autopsy, which lasted 10 hours, was revealed. In the report, it is noteworthy that the cause and time of death has not yet been determined, while the statement “no evidence of penetrating tool or firearm injury, internal bleeding could not be obtained” was included. The report also stated that “due to the decomposition of the body, a statement regarding the time of death cannot be made”.
 
91 SAMPLES TAKEN
 
The report kept by the Prosecutor's Office reads as follows: “The body was subjected to scopy procedures before the integrity of the body was disrupted and before the body was removed from the sack in which it was found, the necessary examinations were carried out in the presence of radiology specialists and forensic experts, and then biological findings and swab samples that will be the basis for molecular and genetic examination were taken in detail from every point of the body, the samples taken from the body were taken in a way to reveal all kinds of crimes including abuse, 91 samples were taken in total, the body was subjected to the scopy process again, after the scopy process, the body was taken to the autopsy hall for a classical autopsy. ”
 
NO CONCRETE DECLARATION POSSIBLE
 
The report continued as follows: “The left leg was detached from the kneecap, the bone, which was evaluated to be a possible tibia bone, which was evaluated to belong to the body in a sack where the body was found, was taken under protection and other bone fragments were taken and sent to the Istanbul ATK Presidency together with the other bone fragments, and the cause of the detachment in the leg can only be solved with the examination to be carried out here, the necessary examinations were made on the internal organs and samples were taken, samples were taken from almost every tissue on the whole body, tissue samples taken, pathological studies should be carried out on the internal organs, samples were taken to carry out the necessary chemical examinations on the hairy tissue, The first impressions of the Forensic Medicine Experts were that it would not be possible to make a concrete statement as the body had started to decompose severely, and that the autopsy did not reveal any visible signs of sharp-piercing instrument or firearm injury or internal bleeding at this stage, The Forensic Medicine Committee stated that the time of death cannot be stated due to the decomposition of the body, and that the exact cause of death can be determined by molecular examinations, pathological studies to be carried out by the Biology Specialization Department of the Diyarbakır Forensic Medicine Institution, and examinations to be carried out on the samples sent to the Istanbul Instution Forensic Medicine (ATK). ”
