MÊRDÎN – Two people, one of whom was a woman, in a vehicle stopped by the police at the entrance of Nisêbîn, were beaten and detained.

 

Former HDP district co-chair Şiyar Koç, whose vehicle was stopped at the entrance of Mêrdîn's Nisêbîn (Nusaybin) district at night, and a woman who was with him, whose name was not known, were detained. It was learned that Koç and the person accompanying him, who were learned to have been beaten while they were detained, were taken to the Mardin Provincial Police Department TEM Branch.
