Prisoners in prisons in Turkey and Kurdistan started a rotating hunger strike on November 27 as part of the "Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan, solution to the Kurdish issue" campaign. The action will continue until February 15, 2024. The main demand of the protest, which is on its 4th day, is to end the isolation imposed on PKK Leader Öcalan and ensure physical freedom.
