RIHA - Punishment was requested in the case filed against Emine Şenyaşar on the grounds that she "insulted" AKP member İbrahim Halil Yıldız.
The second hearing of the case filed against Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were murdered by the bodyguards and relatives of former AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in Riha's Pirsûs (Suruç) district on June 14, 2018, on the grounds that she "insulted" Yıldız, will be held in Urfa 3. It was heard at the Third Criminal Court of First Instance. While Emine Şenyaşar did not attend the hearing, her lawyers Ahmet Taş and Ali Arslan were present.
THE PROSECUTOR PRESENTED THE OPINION
At the hearing, which started with identification, the prosecution presented its opinion on the merits. The prosecutor claimed that Şenyaşar "insulted" and demanded that he be punished with imprisonment from 3 months to 2 years or a judicial fine.
Şenyaşar's lawyer, Ahmet Taş, took the floor afterwards and requested additional time against the opinion. Lawyer Ali Arslan, on the other hand, requested the evaluation of the extension investigation requests requested at the previous hearing and stated that they would make a statement against the opinion after the evaluation. The court panel announced its decision after the break and postponed the hearing to December 20.

31 investigations have been opened against Emine Şenyaşar since March 9, 2021, when she started keeping the Justice Watch for similar reasons. 10 of the investigations turned into lawsuits.
