NEWS CENTER - TAJÊ, which made a statement regarding the Iraqi army's attacks on Shengal, asked the Kazimi government to "withdraw its support for this dirty plan" and called for not being fooled by the KDP and Turkey.
Tevgera Jinên Êzidî (TAJÊ) made a written statement regarding the attacks carried out by the Iraqi army on Shengal on April 18. TAJÊ reminded that Iraqi and KDP forces fled on August 3, 2014, leaving the Yazidis defenseless. Reminding that an agreement was signed against Shengal between Baghdad, Hewlêr and Ankara on October 9, 2019, TAJÊ drew attention to the fact that all three forces are in an attack to implement this plan.
TAJÊ stated that the last time the forces affiliated to the Baghdad government attacked Êzîdxan Asayish in the village of Digurê on April 18, it was not "a coincidence" that this attack took place at the same time as the "new invasion attacks" launched by Turkey on the Media Defense Zones on April 17.
'DON'T FALL FOR THESE TRICKS'
TAJÊ said, “The attack on Shengal is not independent from this dirty plan. The aim of the invading Turkish state is to divide the lands of Kurdistan and Iraq. But unfortunately, this is done by the hand of the KDP forces.” Asking the Kazimi government to withdraw its support from this dirty plan, TAJÊ made a call and said: "Don't fall for the tricks of the KDP and Turkey. We, the Êzidxan mothers, will be human shields against the efforts to exterminate our people.”
