NEWS CENTER - Iraqi President Berhem Salih stated that Turkey's cross-border operation is a "clear threat to national security" and made a statement and said: "We reject the continued attacks of the Turkish state."
The reactions against the attacks of Turkey in cooperation with the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) against Zap, Metîna and Avaşîn regions of the Federated Kurdistan Region continue. Iraqi President Barhem Salih described Turkey's attacks as "a clear threat to our national security" and said, "These attacks were carried out despite our warnings. We have previously called for these attacks to be stopped."
'WE DO NOT ACCEPT THESE ATTACKS'
Calling for dialogue for the solution of the problems, Salih said, “We are in favor of solving the problems through dialogue and democratic methods. We have made a lot of calls regarding the issue. We do not accept Turkey's continued attacks. We expect our sovereign rights to be respected."
Salih said, “Our Iraqi foreign policy and state decisions absolutely reject the attacks of the Turkish state. We will not accept this in any way."
