URFA - Continuing the Justice Watch on its 389th day, Şenyaşar family said: "What is sacred is a dignified and fair life. Remaining silence is being an accomplice in this persecution."
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 389. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Mother and son came to the Urfa courthouse from their home, 42 kilometers away from the courthouse hung their banner on the wall and started the sit-in for the day.

The family shared the following message from their Twitter account, tagging the official accounts of Urfa Governor Abdullah Erin, Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ and AKP's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, "What is sacred is a dignified and fair life. Remaining silence is being an accomplice in this persecution."
