DİYARBAKIR - The relatives of the prisoners demanded freedom for ill prisoners and prisoners who are held in prison despite they served their time, in front of Diyarbakir Type D Prison on the 127th day of the Justice Watch.

The families came together in front of Diyarbakır Type D Closed Prison and repeated their demands once again. Members of the MED TUHAD-FED, the Legal and Solidarity Associations for Families of Prisoners and the Association for Assistance with the Families of Prisoners (TUAY-DER) supported the families.
'RELEASE OUR RELATIVES'
Reşahat Ada, who spoke in front of the prison, emphasized that they were staging the sit-in for their children. Ada said, "Let those, who served their time, be released. We call on all political parties and institutions to come and support us. Justice is not only necessary for us, but for everyone." Reacting to the blocking of families who want to support them, Ada said: We want our relatives to be released."
'WE WILL RAISE OUR VOICE'
Inci Güler, relative of a prisoner, emphasized that political prisoners should exercise their constitutional rights and told that they will raise their voice until their relatives are released.
Another prisoner's relative, Nazime Boltan, reiterated her call for the release of ill prisoners. Stating that her child's condition is worsening, Boltan said, "My son has no eyes, no hands. He sent a letter recently, writing that he is getting worse day by day. Since then, I cannot sleep. They are not being treated properly. We do not accept this cruelty. Whatever the law is, it should be implemented for our children. We just want justice."
