URFA - Continuing the Justice Watch demanding justice, Şenyaşar family said: "Those who watch this tyranny from afar and remain silent are doomed to lose."
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 373. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. Coming from their house in Suruç 42 kilometers away, the family sat on the stairs of the courthouse and started the sit-in for the day.
The family shared the following from Twitter: "Society and conscience is stronger than states, money and power. The greatest justice is one's conscience. The people are with us. Those who watch this tyranny from afar and remain silent are doomed to lose."
