URFA - Another lawsuit was filed against Emine Şenyaşar for allegedly insulting AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız.

 

Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons in a massacre carried out by the AKP Deputy İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives on 14 June 2018 in the Suruç district of Urfa, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured in the same attack, are continuing the sit in in front of the Urfa Courthouse. The sit in, launched on March 9, is on its 294th day. Another lawsuit was filed against the mother Emine Şenyaşar at the Ankara West 6th Criminal Court of First Instance.

 

Tha law suit against Emine Şenyaşar filed by the Ankara West Chief Public Prosecutor's Office was accepted by the Ankara West Criminal Court of First Instance. AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız took place as a complainant in the indictment of the lawsuit filed with the allegation of "insulting a public official". The words of mother Şenyaşar was quoted in the indictment when she accused Yıldız of being a murderer and a thief. It was stated in the indictment that these words of Şenyaşar was considered to be insults, and because she told these things about AKP MP Yıldız, she was accused of 'insulting a public official'.

 

Ankara West 6th Criminal Court of First Instance accepted the indictment and decided to try Şenyaşar in a simple procedure.

 

TWO LAW SUITS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST ŞENYAŞAR BEFORE

 

Two law suits were filed against Şenyaşar before with the similar accusations and the two law suits were consolidated.
