Russia, Qatar and Turkey summits were held in Doha, the capital of Qatar, in March. It was agreed that the conflict should be over for a clean election. While a solution for the Syria crisis was discussed, it was also discussed if Syria will be in the Arab League and it was decided to take steps to strengthen Syria's relations with the Gulf countries.
