ŞIRNAK - The remains of Naif Ölmez, who lost his life in and armed conflict in Güçlükonak, was taken from the "cemetery for the nameless" by his family 4 years later and laid to rest in Elemûn village.
 
The remains of HPG member Naif Ölmez, who lost his life in an armed conflict in the Göçlükonak district of Şırnak, was taken by his family from the "cemetery for the nameless" in Şırnak 4 years later.
 
The remains of Ölmez was taken from the "cemetery for the nameless" after the DNA sample the family had previously given to the Şırnak Chief Public Prosecutor's Office matched.
 
The remains, which was taken to the Elemûn village of Uludere last night, was laid to rest by a massive crowd.
 
Ölmez lost his life in an armed conflict that broke out in the Güçlükonak region at the foot of Gabar Mountain in 2018.
