NEWS CENTER - Journalist Murat Mîrza İbrahim, who lost his life in Turkey's air strike on Shengal, was buried.
Three people, including Çira TV and Çira FM employees, were injured in Turkey's Armed Unmanned Comabt Aerial Vehicle (UCAV) attack against Shengal on July 8.
Journalist Murat Mîrza İbrahim was seriously injured and died yesterday evening. After the autopsy, Mîrza's body was brought to the Sikêniyê township of Shengal and was buried in Girê Gewr Cemetery upon the request of his family. Mîrza was sent off to his last journey with a mass ceremony by his colleagues, Shengal Autonomous Administration members and his family.
At the burial ceremony, his colleagues left a camera on Mîrza's grave and promised to increase the fight against occupation and treason.
