İSTANBUL -  Making a statement regarding the application made by 350 lawyers to meet with Abdullah Öcalan, Asrın Law Office thanked the lawyers who showed solidarity.
 
Asrın Law Office, advocating for lawyer of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, made a statement regarding the application made by 350 lawyers from 22 countries around the world to go to İmralı Type F High Security Prison.
In a statement on the official twitter account of Asrın Law Office, which also includes the names of the lawyers who applied, it was stated that there has been no news from Abdullah Öcalan and other prisoners held in İmralı for more than 17 months, and the following note was shared “350 lawyers and law institutions applied to the Ministry of Justice of Turkey for our clients Mr. Abdullah Öcalan, Mr. Hamili Yıldırım, Mr. Ömer Hayri Konar and Mr. Veysi Aktaş from European countries to Australia, South Africa, South Korea, India, US, Brazil and Japan have applied to visit our clients whom are held under incommunicado conditions. We would like to thank all our colleagues and institutions who showed solidarity with us by expressing the unlawfulness of the current state of isolation and the constant interference with the right of defense.”
