Seven people, including journalists Derya Us and Nurcan Yalçın, who were detained in the house raids in Amed yesterday morning, were referred to Diyarbakır Courthouse after the completion of the security procedures.
After their prosecution interrogations were completed, they were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace on Duty with a request to be released on the condition of "judicial control". The detainees were accused of "being a member of a terrorist organization" and "violating the law on preventing the financing of a terrorist organization".
Dilan Polat Dirin, who was detained in Licê within the scope of the same file and has an 11-month-old baby, was also released yesterday on condition of judicial control.
