KONYA - DTK Co-chair Leyla Güven was taken back to prison after attending the funeral of her deceased brother Mustafa Güven.

 

Democratic Society Congress (DTK) Co-chair Leyla Güven attended the funeral of her brother Mustafa Güven, who died in the hospital where he was treated in Linz, Austria. Güven, who was imprisoned in Sincan Women's Closed Prison, was brought to Yapalı Village in Cihanbeyli district of Konya, where the funeral ceremony was held in the morning. Güven accepted condolences after the funeral proceedings.

 

People's Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) deputies Ferit Şenyaşar and Burcugül Cubuk, as well as many people, did not leave Güven alone. After accepting condolences for a while, Güven was taken back to Sincan Women's Closed Prison.
