NEWS CENTER - Roşîn Hido, a member of Afrin Human Rights Organization, said that 6 people, one of whom is a woman, were killed in 2 months and 95 people were kidnapped.
Afrin Human Rights Organization member Roşîn Hido spoke to Hawar News Agency (ANHA) about the crimes committed by Turkey and its affiliated armed groups in Afrin in the last two months. Stating that crimes were committed in Afrin before the eyes of the world, Roşîn Hido said, "In October and November, 6 people, including a woman, were killed in Afrin, and 95 people, 8 of whom are women, were kidnapped."
Noting that Turkey and armed groups affiliated with Turkey have been attacking the historical and cultural values of the region, Roşîn Hido said that historical places such as Nebi Huri and Qibar were plundered. Explaining that the plundering of nature continues, Roşîn Hido stated that in the last two months, 3,000 olive trees have been cut down in Afrin and put on the market as wood. Roşîn Hido said, “Olive oil and olive products, which are the livelihood of the people of the region, are smuggled into Turkey. From Turkey these products are marketed to Europe as if it were Turkish goods.”
Addressing human rights organizations, Roşîn Hido demanded that the crimes committed by Turkey to be stopped.
