The sit in Şenyaşar family refers to as the 'Justice Watch' started by Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded is on its 196th day today. The family arrived at the court house early and started the sit in for the day.
THE LAW OF THE SUPERIOR IS APPLIED
Evaluating the stage of their struggle for justice, Ferit Şenyaşar said, "Our struggle for justice under persecution with my mother in front of the Urfa Courthouse continues on its 196th day. The whole world is watching how the law of superiors is applied in the Urfa Courthouse. There is a mother whose husband and two sons were murdered in a state hospital. ALl she wants is the existing laws to be applied. It was a massacre and those who did it are determined in surveillence videos.The law of the superior is being applied because the perpeterator is an MP of the ruling AKP. People who have human dignity should not remain silent to this massacre."
Şenyaşar stated that they will make a press release together with 200 lawyers on September 24, when the Justice Watch will enter its 200th day, and continued as follows: “Our struggle for justice is approaching its 200th day. On that day, we will end this cruelty together. The prosecutor will either provide justice or he will not sit in that chair.”
