NEWS CENTER - Peshmerge Germesêr Front Commander Mahmud Sengawî criticized KDP's involvement in the cross-border operation and said: "I won't fire a single bullet at PKK even all hell breaks loose."
Reactions are growing against the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), which is involved in the cross-border operation Turkey launched on April 23. Another criticism came from the Peshmerga commander Sengawî to the President of the Federated Kurdistan Region Mesut Barzani which assisted Turkish Armed Forces from the ground while they hit some points controlled by the HPG.
Mahmud Sengawî, a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (YNK) Politburo and the Commander of the Peshmerge Germesêr Front, pointed out that Turkey and Iraq want to start a civil war between Kurdish forces, saying, "They are making mistake over mistake. We can not be a part of this" and drew attention that Turkey and Iraq wants to start a war among Kurdish forces.

Emphasizing that the Kurds should stay away from civil war, Sengawî said, “We cannot go and fight and kill the children of the people so that Turkey and Iraq will say 'Well done' to us. We all need take to the streets and prevent this war. It is forbidden by religion to fight against the PKK. A war with a PKK is a great mistake for our peoples. I am against it personally.
Underlining that he conveyed this message to the PUK (Yektiya Niştimanî Kurdistan- Patriots Union of Kurdistan) commanders too, Sengawî said: "I won't fire a single bullet at PKK even all hell breaks loose."
