URFA - Being battered in front of the Urfa Court house, Ferit Şenyaşar was discharged from the hospital.  Şenyaşar, who came to the courthouse, filed a criminal complaint about the police officers who battered him.

 

Ferit Şenyaşar, who was dragged and beaten by the police while staging a sit in in front of the hospital, was discharged from Mehmet Akif İnan Training and Research Hospital. Coming to the court house with his lawyers, Şenyaşar filed a criminal complaint against the police officers who battered him at the Urfa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

 

'GET THE CAMERA RECORDS OF THE ASSAULT'

 

Filing a criminal complaint with Şenyaşar, lawyers Serhat Kurt, Hidayet Emek and Ali Arslan told that the right to petition of their client was violated and that the prosecutor must get the camera records of the assault, get statements from witnesses and file a law suit against the police officers who attecked their client.
