ANKARA - A summary was prepared against Pero Dündar for organizing a protest in Lice, while she was in prison.
Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Mardin MP Pero Dündar was accused of organizing and participating in a protest she never attended because she was in prison at the time.
Dündar, who was not a member of parliament and a member of the Central Executive Board (MYK) at that time, was held responsible for organizing a protest against the construction of a new High Security Police Station, during the Kobanê protests. Dündar who was held in Mardin Type E Closed Prison during those protests, was accused of organizing the protest.
During the solution process initiated regarding the democratic and peaceful solution of the Kurdish problem, in which dialogue and negotiations continued, citizens initiated a tent protest against the construction of a High Security Police Station in Lice.
