	NEWS CENTRE - In the 271st issue of Xwebûn newspaper, attention was drawn to the "Collapse Plan".&nbsp;

	The 271st issue of Xwebûn Kurdish newspaper was published with the headline "(Collapse Plan collapsed)". The headline drew attention to the "Collapse Plan" taken at the 30 October 2014 the National Security Council meeting. It was pointed out that the said plan came to naught with the process that PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan wanted to develop for the solution of the Kurdish issue.&nbsp;
