AMED - 7 people were detained in Piran district for performing a halay accompanied by Kurdish songs.

 

Soldiers raided many houses in Piran (Dicle) district of Amed (Diyarbakır) in the morning hours. At least 7 people were detained. Those detained were taken to the District Police Department. It was reported that the reason for the detention was the halay accompanied by Kurdish songs.
