URFA - Stating that the international conspiracy against PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan is aimed at the Kurdish and Middle Eastern peoples, his brother Mehmet Öcalan called for a fight against the conspiracy maintained with the isolation system.

It has been 22 years over the international conspiracy had begun on October 9 1998 and continued with handing PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan in to Turkey on February 15, 1999. The 22 years of isolation have got heavier day by day, which was implemented through disabling Öcalan's communication with his familiy and lawyers. Mehmet Öcalan, the brother of Öcalan, pointed out that the conspiracy is also aimed at the Kurdish and all Middle Eastern peoples and that international powers have a role in the isolation system.

'CONSPIRACY EXTENDS TO AFRICA'

Stating that the conspiracy was implemented as a result of an international plan, Öcalan said, “This conspiracy has extended to Africa. Finally he was handed in to Turkey. It was a dark day. What happened that day was unacceptable. It was a very heavy day for both the Kurdish people and the people of the Middle East. USA, Israel and European countries took part in this conspiracy. February 15 was a dark day for the Kurds. The conspiracy still continues today. European countries have closed all roads."

ISOLATION SYSTEM

Indicating that "In person of the president, the conspiracy aimes at Kurdish people and the peoples of the Middle East", Mehmet Öcalan said that Öcalan's thoughts and projects are about the identity and future of the peoples. Referring to the isolation system that started on February 15, Öcalan said, “He has legal and democratic rights. Despite, we, as the family, were able to contact him only 3 times in 6 years. This is unacceptable. We do not have a request from the Turkish state. Since the citizens of Turkey, both us and our prisoners have rights. But our rights are not given. What having been done is ntidemocratic. Are the states that have their hands on the international conspiracy not aware of our rights?"

'ISOLATION AIMED AT PEOPLE'

Stating that the isolation system is also aimed at the people, Öcalan called for fight against isolation, “They isolate people in the person of the President. The question is, how can we break this isolation? This is the biggest question. This isolation does not cease as we close our eyes to it. All the people have legal rights to use. We call everyone to break this isolation by fighting. Because isolation is applied to everyone. Isolation is applied to all the peoples of the Middle East. We must achieve our best. There are things that can be done. If we do not make a sound today and keep silent, we may face even worse days tomorrow. This system should be opposed. We must give a democratic struggle. The Kurdish people must exercise their democratic rights both for their existence and for the president. When it comes to Kurdish people, there is no law. There is something for everyone to do. If we close our eyes, become deaf and dumb, this problem cannot be solved."
