NEWS CENTER - At least 27 people were detained in Mardin, Sirnak and Izmir, including HDP Assembly members. In Nusaybin, police opened the door of a house by firing at it.
Anti Terror Police units raided many houses in Kızıltepe, Nusaybin and Mardin. While scattering and damaging the household items, police took many people under custody. HDP member Hatip Öncü and his father Ferhat Öncü were detained in Savur. In Kızıltepe, HDP members Hamza Ağırman, Abdulkadir Tatı and Faysal Taş were taken into custody.
In Nusaybin district, municipal councilor Zeynep Sevlüş and HDP member Erhan Mutlu were detained. During the raid on Erhan Mutlu's house, the police opened the door by firing at it.
Detainees were taken to the Provincial Security Directorate .
13 PEOPLE DETAINED IN IZMIR
Police raided many houses and took 13 people under custody in İzmir as well including HDP Narlıdere Co chair Mehmet Gül with the accusation of 'being a member to an illegal organization.
