Father of Yıldırım brothers: The offenders were rewarded

ŞIRNAK - Attorneys of Yıldırım family will appeal to the decision of acquittal and fine for the police that caused the death of Muhammed and Furkan Yıldırım in Silopi. Father Mesut Yıldırım reacted to the decision and said: "They rewarded the offenders. They said its ok, you are on the right path, continue."
 
 
The hearing of the police officer Ömer Yeğit and his supervisor Murat Maden that caused the death of Muhammed (7) and Furkan Yıldırım (6) who were ran over by a panzer that crashed down their walls and get inside the house in Şırnaki Silopi on May 3, 2017 was held yesterday in Cizre 2nd High Criminal Court.
 
 
The court sentenced the defendant Ömer Yeğit to 2 years and 1 month imprisonment on charges of “causing death by negligence, at the first hearing and converted the fine into 19 thousand TL. The court acquitted Yeğit who was on trial for the same charge.
 
 
 
Father Yıldırım said: "Unfortunately, the killers won the war in this world. We have no choice but to leave everything to the court of God. I wish God that the conscience of those who have a share in this decision will not leave them alone. Because all the innocent children who die and who will be killed after that will be on them."
