ISIS members from Turkey told: Religious congregations directed us here

DÊRA ZOR- ISIS members who surrendered to the QSD forces told all about how they came there, where they came from, who supported them logistically. Turkish ISIS members drew attention to the loosness in the borders while they tell that they were directed by religious congregations.
 
Operation 'Cizre Storm' QSD conducted against ISIS in Dêra Zor have come to an end.ISIS members who got stuck in a village called Baxoz, are surrendering to QSD forces one by one.
 
ISIS members from Turkey are mostly registered to Ankara, Kırşehir, İstanbul, Konya and Çankırı.
 While the number of ISIS members who surrender wto QSD have reached 6 thousand, there are civillians amongst them who were used as shields by ISIS.
 
ISIS members who came to Syria in 2014 when caliphacy was declared by ISIS, stated that they crossed the border freely. Hüseyin Kafar (18) from Ankara joined ISIS with his parents and 4 brothers. Kafar who said his father was in contact with islamic associations, said he lost his life in the past battles. Kafar who said his mother and 4 brothers got out before he did, said: "We wanted to get out when ISIS lost position areas but I did not have an opportunity. Now we have surrendered and ISIS is over. There are a lot of ISIS members from Turkey. Most of them are surrendering. 5 people came with me to surrender. Almost all of us who came from Turkey have came here through relegious congregations. My father was with Kamil Nuhoğlu Congregation. Now we came here, I want to go back to Turkey and build a new life."
 
İshak Nuroğlu from Çankırı have also joined ISIS with his family. Nuroğlu stated that they passed through to Syria from Antep border. Nuroğlu who surrendered with his father said: "We can not live here any longer.We want to go back to Turkey. My father brought us here. I grew up amonst them. But now I want to go back to Turkey and start a business. I want my old life back."
 
28 year old ISIS member Abdullah Aman Mehmet was injured in the previous battles with QSD. Aman Mehmet who is from İstanbul, Fatih said: "I used to work at a cafe in İstanbul. Than my employer told me that a new life is being build in Syria and I could do better there. He was a foreigner, they called him Ukaça. They passed me to Cerablus from Antep, Karkamış. That was 4 years ago. I haven't left here since I came here. Now I want to go back to Turkey."
