ANKARA- HDP  Co- chair Pervin Buldan said :"Just like the symbol of our party plane tree, we are rooted way in the deep. HDP is a massive plane tree that Kurdish, Turkish, Armanian, Arab, Cherkess, Alawite, Asyrian, Yezidi, Christian, Muslim all kinds of people can lean against."

 

People's Democratic Party (HDP) Group Deputy Chairperson Pervin Buldan spoke at her party's proup meeting. Many non-governmental organization was ready at the meeting due to the 6th year anniversary of HDP.

 

Buldan, defining HDP said: " Just like the symbol of our party plane tree, we are rooted way in the deep. HDP is a massive plane tree that Kurdish, Turkish, Armanian, Arab, Cherkess, Alawite, Asyrian, Yezidi, Christian, Muslim all kinds of people can lean against. HDP is the labourer whose labour is exploited in the street, in the field,in the factory, in the mines, in the construction sites. HDP is the Kurd whose language, culture, existance is being ignored. HDP is the Alawite whirling for peace, HDP is an Arab in Hatay's long market, HDp is an asyrian in Purple Gabriel, Hdp is the Yezidi, the Armanian, the Muslim in the Ulu Mosque. Hdp is yesterday, today, tomorrow. It is the new life. The free life.

 

'PRISON CELLS CAN'T CONTAIN HDP'

 

Buldan, counting the names of the prisoners that were chosen said; " Prison cells can't contain HDP. Hdp does not submit to oppression. HDP is an immense sea of people." 

 

Buldan, indicating the idea of HDP is PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan who has been kept isolated in Imralı Island, added: " We salut Mr. Öcalan, who is the arcitecht of the idea of HDP, who always believes in the common struggle of the people , who always believes in brotherhood. Mr. Öcalan is a leader who believes in the equal and common future of all the communities of Turkey and who fought for it. He is a bridge between communities.

 

Buldan also emphasized that the isolation on Öcalan must be stopped immediately for democracy and peace.
