House of detained co-mayor wrecked by police 2020-05-15 11:11:49   DİYARBAKIR - Police who raided the house of Berivan Helen Işık who was dismissed and taken into custody, smashed the doors and windows of the house.   Siirt Co-Mayors Berivan Helen Işık and Peymandara Turhan, Baykan Co-Mayors Ramazan Sarsılmaz and Özden Gülmez, Kurtalan Co-Mayors Baran Akgül and Esmer Baran who were dismissed by the Ministry of Interior, were taken into custody.   Police officers simultaneously raided the house of Siirt Municipality Co-Mayor Berivan Helen Işık's house and her family's house in Batman.  The police officers in Batman smashed the doors and the windows of the house. They left the house after searching it.   On the other hand, it was learned that the house of Resul Kaçar who was not given his election certificate because he was dismissed with a law decree previously, even though he won the election was also raided by the police. Kaçar was elected to be Siirt Co-Mayor, but his certificate was not given. It was stated that Kaçar was brought to Provincial Security Directorate.
