He is supposed to released with the other released prisoners, who are not political, because he has a health condition. Ahmet Kolakan is a sick prisoner and the mother is intensely worried about her two sons as she shared her feelings as follows: "Ahmet has more than one health issue. He is wounded on the arm, he has problems also with his legs, he has a cardiac velve problem as well as kidney problems. He has a medical report stating that he should not be kept prison conditions. However, they do not let my son out. The conditions of the prisons are known by the public and we worry much about our sons who are kept in prison. They do not disinfectate the prison wards as they do not distribute glows and masks to the prisoners. 16 prisoners stay in a ward. Our children are in danger and we are worried. My other son Mahsun is imprisoned for 6 months as well. We do not accept the execution law. The law was supposed to be equal and it should have included the political prisoners. If there are deaths in prisons, the responsible of these deaths are the Ministry of Justice. Don't let mothers cry anymore, don't let us suffer this pain. Let them out before deaths occur."
