Sabri Kaya, a seriously ill prisoner beinbg held in Osmaniye T Type T Closed Prison No. 2, has been going back and forth between the prison and the hospital for 20 days. Having had a heart attack and brain hemorrhage on March 25, Kaya was taken to intensive care for 3 times. Kaya was taken back to the prison again on April 11 from the intensive care unit because he was considered to be in 'good health'.   Saying that they are concerned about Kaya's life, his family demands that he be released and treated freely.    Dilan Kaya who said: "My father was taken to the ICU 3 times in the last 20 days. He was taken to Osmaniye State Hospital 4 times with severe chest pain and abdominal pain. He stayed 5 days in the ICU and 5 days in prison hospital following his heart attack and brain hemorrhage and then he was taken back to the prison. He was taken to the ER many times between April 6 and 9 and sent back to prison. He collapsed once again on April 9 when he was brought back to prison and then they took him back to the ICU. He was discharged on April 11. They said he was in 'good health'. They took him back to prison. He collapsed again that day. This makes no sense. Prison conditions are not good for my father. He can not heal in these conditions."   Kaya stated that they applied to the Osmaniye Execution Judge to postpone his father's execution, but no response was given. Kaya said, "I do not want my father to die. Let them hear our voice, my father's sentence should be postponed or he should be placed under house arrest. He cannot sustain his own life in prison. Hear our voice before something worse happens."   MA / Hamdullah Kesen
