Attorneys, their clients and the prison guards under custody

	URFA - 10 lawyers, 1 mayor, 12 guards and many politicians were detained in the Urfa based operations yesterday in Ufra, Diyarbakır, Şırnak, Van and Batman.

	It was learned that a large number of people were detained in the operations carried out in Ufra, Diyarbakır, Şırnak, Van and Batman yesterday. A large number of people were detained including lawyers, politicians and guards.

	 

	Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Urfa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 10 lawyers, 1 mayor, 12 guards and many politicians were detained. Although the reason for the detention was not disclosed, it was stated that the operation was directed at lawyers, clients and prison guards who were released from prison. 

	 

	It was noted that 12 guards who were taken into custody were working in Siverek T Type Prison. It was stated that warrants on the 103 people were based on anonymous witnesses.

	 

	Those under custody are: 

	 

	Urfa: Lawyers Metin Özbadem (HDP PM member), Emin Baran, Hidayet Enmek, Sevda Çelik Özbingöl, Cemo Tuysiz, Şeyhmus İnal, Hüseyin İzol, Sedat Çelik former member of HDP, HDP Siverek Council Member İbrahim Ayyıldız, radio worker who was dismissed with a law decree Salih Erbekler, Halil Çay and Mİzgin Çay Yavuz who has a 50 days old baby, Kemal Ak.

	 

	Diyarbakır: Lawyers Zeynep Işık and Özkan Avcı, Didar Çeşme, Mehmet Akdoğan, Zeynep Kıyar.

	 

	Şırnak: Cizre Mayor Co-Mayor Berivan Kutlu, lawyer Gürgün Kadırhan.
