	MALATYA - The third hearing of the retrial of Gültan Kışanak and Sebahat Tuncel started in Malatya 5th High Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	The thirdh hearing of the retrial of Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality former Co-chair Gültan Kışanak and Democratic Regions Party (DBP) former Co-chair Sebahat Tuncel has started following the overturning of the decision by Gaziantep District Court of Justice at Malatya 5th High Criminal Court.

	&nbsp;

	Tuncel and Kışanak who are being charged with 'being a member of an illegal organization' and 'propagandizing an illegal organization', attended the hearing via SEGBİS (Audio and Video Information System). Their families, represantatives from HDP, DBP, HDP Women's Assembly, Free Women's Movement (TJA) activists attended the hearing.

	&nbsp;

	The hearing continues with the defenses of Kışanak and Tuncel.&nbsp;
