Bathing under the snow in the cold after days!

	VAN- Acar Family, who lives in the Gelenler District of Başkale, Van; that was destroyed by the earthquake, gave their children a bathe days after the eartquake. The mother, who warms the water in the canister in an area next to her destroyed house, washes her children in snow and cold.

	The biggest problem of citizens living in tents in Gelenler (Qiratî) District of Başkale district of Van, where the most severe destruction was experienced in the earthquake, is not being able to have access to bathrooms. Families said especially the women and children were not able to have a bath for days.  The Acar Family with 6 children living in the neighborhood is also preparing to wash their kids days after the earthquake.

	 

	The mother, who warms the water in the canister in an area next to her demolished house, gives baths to her children one by one under the snow which might result her children being sick days later. The children are put back in the tents near the stove after being washed. 

	 

	One of the children, Alican, states that it is good to be able to have a bath days after the earthquake even though its freezing cold. Alican has two wishes. A big tent they can have a bath in without getting cold and another tent for their animals.
