	İSTANBUL - Asrın Law Office made a statement regarding the fire on Imrali Island, "Every news should be approached seriously in isolation conditions. We must go to Imrali immediately."

	&nbsp;

	While the fire broke out in İmralı island where PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan and 3 prisoners are held, &nbsp;it was learned that the fire extinguishment works were disrupted due to the wind. Asrın Law Office made a written statement about the fire.&nbsp;

	Asrın Law Office's statement is as follows: "The news that a fire broke out on İmralı Island on 27.02.2020 has been published in the press. We have no information about our clients kept in İmralı Island. Our interview applications are being rejected since 7 August 2019. Therefore we learned about the fire from the press and we do not have detailed information. We applied to the Ministry of Justice and the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to monitor our clients' health status and prison conditions and to resolve our concerns.We closely follow the process. We are calling on the public for awareness.
