Oluç: Prosecutors act on the orders of political parties 2020-02-26 15:21:58 ANKARA - HDP Group Vice President Saruhan Oluç reacted to the fact that people had been taken into custody after the HDP Congress and said: "Prosecutors act on the orders of political parties."   Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Group Vice President Saruhan Oluç made statements on the agenda at the press conference he held at the Parliament.   Wishing our condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake in Van, Oluç pointed out that the problems experienced in the Elazig earthquake were once again experienced. Oluç said: "Our trucks carrying humanitarian aid were stopped by the government and the District Governor. This is an inhumane attitude and this is deliberate."   Oluç speaking about the detentions following the congress, said: "Our entire procedure was complete. We did not have a legal shortcoming. Everything that had to be done was done in an orderly manner.  Strangely, the prosecutor's office detained the technicians of the firm we hired. Those technicians were not from HDP they were working at the firm we hired. They were released yesterday but one of our party members is in custody. There is a decision for him to ne held for 4 days. Prosecutors are acting on the orders of political parties. The investigation was started right after MHP Chair Devlet Bahçeli denounced the congress. These detentions are not legal."
