	ISTANBUL - Cancer patient Ayten Sarikaya Kesler, who has been arrested regarding her social media posts, was released as a result of herlawyer's objection.

	&nbsp;

	An appeal against the arrest of 53-year-old cancer patient Ayten Sarıkaya Kesler is accepted. Kesler was taken into custody on Tuesday at Istanbul Airport, where she came from Switzerland and then arrested on charges of “insulting the President". The judge ordered Kesler's release, taking Kesler's medical reports into account&nbsp;

	SHE WILL BE UNDER MEDICAL SURVELLIANCE

	&nbsp;

	Kesler's lawyer Gülizar Tuncer stated that her client has a severe disease and they presented all medical reports regarding showing health condition both from Switzerland and Turkey.Tuncer said that Kesler is physically and spiritually collapsed and she was released from prison this morning, but she will be under medical survelliance with the supervision of a doctor at home.
