	It was alleged that soldiers who raided the house of Arslan family tortured the family members early in the morning in Çavuş (Cawuş) Village of Karayazı district of Erzurum, The soldiers who blockaded the village with armored vehicles in the morning, killed Ömer Oran from PKK, whose code name is told to be Bager, also raided many houses.

	According to the allegations of the local sources in the region, the soldiers who raided a house took İrfan Arslan, Şevin Arslan and Halis Arslan living in the house in custody by torturing them. The citizen named İrfan Arslan, who was tortured, was allegedly taken to Erzurum by ambulance after being treated at Karayazı State Hospital.
