Gülistan Doku's friends protest: The work carried out is insufficient

	DERSİM - Since January 5, there has been no information as to the fate and whereabouts of university student Gülistan Doku in Dersim. Students have staged a protest in the province and asked, “Where is Gülistan Doku?”.

	It has been eight days since the fate and whereabouts of Munzur University Child Development sophomore Gülistan Doku are not known.

	 

	While the search operations still continue in Dersim, thousands of students staying in the women's and men's dormitories affiliated with the Credit and Dormitories Institution (KYK) and in Ehlibeyt Women's Dormitory have staged a protest and asked where Gülistan Doku is.

	 

	Students staying in the dorms staged a protest at around 11 p.m. yesterday. Switching on the light of their mobile phones, the students chanted the slogans "Don't stay silent or it will be your turn", "Jin, jiyan, azadî", "Women, life, freedom", "Where is Gülistan Doku" and "Dersim, don't sleep, claim Gülistan".

	 

	While the protests spread to the entire province, the people of Dersim also supported the protests with whistles and slogans.

	 

	Calling on the authorities to find Gülistan Doku, students denounced the insufficiency of the search operations.
