
Putin - Erdoğan meeting starts

	ISTANBUL - President Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin began a bilateral meeting.

	Russian Leader Vladimir Putin who came to İstanbul for the opening of TurkAkım pipeline that will transfer the Russian natural gas to Turkey and to European countries, met Erdoğan for a one on one meeting.Erdogan welcomed Putin at the Halic Congress Center. After that the meeting had begun.&nbsp;
