	MERSİN – Our reporter Berivan Altan is released by the Mersin 3rd Penal Court of Peace with judicial control condition.

	Mesopotamia Agency (MA) reporter Berivan Altan who has been under police custody for 8 days in Mersin, was accused of 'being a member of an illegal organization' by the Mersin Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Altan, denying the charge, told she is a journalist and demanded her release. The prosecutor's office referred Altan to 3rd Penal Court of Peace with a request of judicial control.

	The judge released Altan with a condition of judicial control once a week and a ban to travel abroad.
