25 people killed in Nusaybin: No testimony from a single official taken 2019-11-18 11:00:39 MARDİN - During the curfews declared in Nusaybin not even a single official's statement has been taken to this date within the scope of the investigation initiated regarding the killing of 25 civillians including Samet Yeşilmen.  No progress has been made in the investigation files concerning the deaths of 25 civilian citizens who died as a result of fire opened by armored vehicles and law enforcement officers during the curfew between October 1, 2015 and March 14, 2016 in Nusaybin district of Mardin.  The criminal complaints regarding the deaths in question were inconclusive.   According to the information obtained, many people testified regarding the incidents in scope of the investigation. Almost all of the witnesses testified in scope of the investigation pointed out that the law enforcement officers were responsible from these deaths. However, not even a single statement were taken from an official.
