
Kalın expresses discomfort about operation against Baghdadi

	ANKARA - Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın, expressed their discomfort with YPG being credited for the operation against Baghdadi resulting with his death.

	The fact that USA President Donald Trump thanked Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) for their intelligence support for the operation against ISIS Leader Ebubekir el Baghdadi bothered Turkey.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Kalın, stating that Turkey have struggled against ISIS , said: "We have stopped and prosecuted thousands of ISIS members at the border, we deported and sent them back to their countries. This organization is a plague.It is a cancer, and it has decieved and tempted many muslims. Elimination of this false ideology is an issue Turkey supports. This is a development that encourages the fight against terrorism but crediting YPG for this is something everyone must avoid.

	Spokesperson Kalın, contrary to the statements of USA regarding the lack of information provided to Turkey about the operation, claimed that Turkey was informed and in fact there was 'intense dialogue' between the military counterparts and that they were involved in it.
