
Germany presents North and East Syria plan to NATO

	NEWS CENTER - German Defense Minister Kramp-Karrenbauer presented her safe zone plan to Nato.&nbsp;

	At the NATO Defense Ministers meeting in Brussels, Kramp-Karrenbauer signaled to the allies that Russia would need to contribute to the protection of displaced civilians and to continue the struggle against ISIS.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	It is stated that the proposal recieved support from Turkey and USA.

	&nbsp;

	NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg welcomed the proposal, but warned that the UN might need to be involved in such a process.
