
‘19 prisoners are not released by prison administration decision ’

	URFA - HDP Urfa Provincial Executive mehmet Binici who has been imprisoned in Urfa Type T Closed Prison for 28 months, wrote a letter to his family informing that 19 prisoners who are to be released with judicial control are being kept in prison by the prison administration.

	Mukadder Binici who visited her brother Mehmet Binici conveyed his messages: "He told me that the prison administration confiscated their radios during the searches and then sold the same radios back to them. When the prisoners told about what happened to the prison administration, they were not able to recieve any response. The guards confiscated 50 radios in the first search and 42 radios in the second search.&nbsp;

	Binici said 19 prisoners applied to the administration to be released because they have a right by law to be released with judicial control when they have less than a year to serve. And although the prosecutor's office decided that they should be released with judicial control, the prison administration does not let them be released.&nbsp;
