	ANKARA - The letter sent to the journalists by the prisoners in Kırşehir Prison was returned to the prisoner on the grounds that it was prohibited.

	&nbsp;

	It was stated that sending letters to journalists and newspapers was prohibited in Kırşehir Type E Closed Prison. Mazlum Dönder, a prisoner, told about the prohibition to his lawyer in a letter.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Dönder stated that he sent letters to Mine Söğüt, Işıl Özgentürk and Zeynep Oral, Cumhuriyet Newspaper writers and his letters were returned to him the next day. Dönder stated that the ground for the return of the letters was noted as: "It is prohibited to send letters to journalists and newspapers by the institution.
