The murder of 14 year old İrci who was killed duing the curfews remains unsolved 2019-07-12 10:05:36 ŞIRNAK - Permanent Search Warrant was issued for the case of 14 year old Bünyamin İrci who was murdered during the first curfew in Cizre.   The investigation ran by Cizre Chief Prosecutor's Office regarding the case of Bünyamin İrci who was murdered in Şırnak, Cizre on September 11, during the first curfew declared between 4-12 September 2015 have been completed a while ago.In the investigation file consisting of dozens of pages, some reports, autopsy report, witness statements, news in the press about the incident, official correspondence with the relevant institutions and the minutes of the incident were included.     Witness statements in the investigation file, which was initiated on the charge of "intentional killing", said that Irci was shot in the heart by the police on the street and died in the house he went in for shelter injured. The file also included some correspondence sent by the District Police Department to the prosecutor's office. According to the summary, İrci was allegedly acting in unison with the people who attacked the security forces with weapons.     Security forces responded to the request of the prosecutor demanding the images of the incident by saying 'there is no image of the incident reflected to the surveilence cameras'.     The prosecutor's office issued a permanent search warrant for the case which includes a single person as a suspect.      The prosecutor's office asked the District Police Department for positive and negative information once a year.   Similar decisions have been taken on the files of many civilians who have died in the curfews so far. 53-year-old Meryem Süne, who was shot dead in the curfews, 75-year-old Mehmet Erdogan, 10-year-old Cemile Çagırga whose body was kept in a freezer, 9-year-old Selman Agar,  13- year old Hakkı Kült, 16-year-old Hüseyin Ertene, 16 are some of them.
