HDP: The solution is democratic negotiation, not operations 2019-05-30 12:03:03   ANKARA - HDP who made a written statement about the cross border operations, said: "The solution to the Kurdish question is not war and attacks, but the development of a “social reconciliation ground, a dialogue and a democratic negotiation."     Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Central Executive Committee (VQA) issued a written statement on the cross-border operation launched in the Federated Kurdistan Region of Iraq.     In the statement where the fact that war is insolubility, the followings were said:      Insolubility is insistence on doing the wrong thing and death policies, and to leave the country and society without future. The Kurdish problem process is the most obvious and painful proof of this. The policies that did not work in Syria are also indicative of this. Nevertheless, the government adds up on these military operations which has been repeating since 1983. The attack of soldiers, aircraft, helicopters and cannons against the Kurdistan Regional Government is, above all, against international law. It is a violation of the sovereignty of a neighboring country. But most importantly, it is an attempt to aggravate problems in order not to have social peace.       But the country has no sons to sacrifice for power. The solution to the Kurdish problem is not the war and the attacks, but the development of the ’social reconciliation‘ ground, dialogue and democratic negotiation. Attacking the peace hope of society, to launch smilitary operation is the greatest evil to the future of this country.
